INSA Rouen Normandie requires a TOEIC score of at least 815.
INSA Rouen Normandie makes the award of its engineering degree conditional on a TOEIC score of at least 815 (certifying the B2 level required by France's engineering accreditation body, the CTI), a threshold in force since the 2024 graduating class (up from 785). Students sit the TOEIC in year 4 or 5 and may retake it; a remediation course is compulsory in year 5 for those who fall short.
This institution also accepts: TOEFL iBT, IELTS.
