  2. Each week, a one-hour module to do on your own, with microphone recording and immediate feedback.
  3. Then a one-hour live workshop: role plays and trainer feedback.
  4. Thirty minutes of written feedback after each workshop, then a final role play and a certificate.

Email support throughout the course, reply within 48 hours, and platform access for three months after the end.

What you need

A computer or tablet with a microphone and an internet connection. An A2 level of English, checked at the placement interview: you should be able to hold a simple conversation.

If a disability calls for an adjustment, say so at first contact and we will find a solution together.

Who runs the course

Boris Lefilliâtre, founder of Erosophia.eu, who taught English at the University of Caen for five years. More about the trainer.

Build your course

A workshop costs €160, €138 from five workshops and €129 from eight. Each extra person from the same business adds 35% of the price, so the cost per person falls as the group grows, up to six people.

The job path

The workshops

The course is paid for by the business itself: it is not eligible for French skills-operator or personal training account funding. The workshops are built from the activities of the French tourism professional qualifications; the course does not prepare for the full qualification and does not commit the awarding body. A training agreement is signed before the course begins.
