A public engineering school within the INSA Group, INSA Rennes treats English (the compulsory first foreign language) as a graduation requirement: a B2 level is required, evidenced by a minimum TOEIC score of 800, to obtain the engineering degree. The test is taken in the 4th year and the score must be validated in the 5th. An international mobility period is also compulsory during the programme.
