Entry
Joan of Arc — War leader of the Hundred Years’ War, burned at Rouen in 1431
The daughter of well-off peasants from a village on the Meuse, she said she was sent to have the dauphin crowned and drive out the English. She raised a siege and led a king to Reims, was captured, sold, tried by university men and burned at nineteen. A second trial annulled the first twenty-five years later. (Editorial synthesis)

When a piece of information is not in that collection, the encyclopedia says so rather than inventing it — that principle is what makes every answer it does give trustworthy.
