Minimum score required
Sciences Po (campus du Havre) requires a TOEFL iBT score of at least 100.
Sciences Po's Le Havre campus, home to the Europe-Asia regional programme, teaches entirely in English: applicants must demonstrate a level of English equivalent to CEFR C1, assessed in particular during the admission interview. Sciences Po favours the TOEFL iBT, IELTS Academic and Cambridge C1 Advanced over the TOEIC; for the C1 certification required by the end of the programme, the threshold is 100/120 on the TOEFL iBT (scale for tests taken before 21 January 2026). French proficiency is not required for admission, but a B2 level in French must be reached during the programme.
