The process by which something is undocked; removal from a dock.

  • Six years of training are required. Within the first 2 years, the trainee must observe at least 225 passages, dockings, and undockings: at least 25 of these maneuvers must be performed by the trainee under the supervision of a docking master.1994, National Research Council (U.S.).
