- Are there terms in use anywhere for numbers equal to 0 mod 3, 1 mod 3 and 2 mod 3? I need to refer to these properties and would rather use established names than invent my own. (If I do have to invent names, what do you suggest? First thing off the top of my head is "even", "surodd" and "subodd". - It just seems utterly obvious to me, along the lines of people thinking 2 is cool because it's the only "even prime" (people do this). Three is the only "threeven" prime! Five is the only "fiveven" prime!
