breakfast poutine

A hot breakfast dish that is a variation of poutine. It is composed of pan-fried cubed potatoes and cheese curds, smothered in hollandaise sauce and topped with a fried egg, sometimes with breakfast sausage medallions, diced ham, and/or bacon bits.
